Weekly Photo Challenge: Mine

The Weekly Photo Challenge for this week is Mine.

Mine. Such a simple word. And for anyone who has someone special in their life, it can conjure only one thought.

For all who have been here before, you will know I am engaged to my wonderful fiancé, Chris. He is Puerto Rican, but lives in Pennsylvania, and for 3 years we have had a long-distance relationship.

And so, when I saw the challenge for this week, I immediately thought of this picture.

This picture was taken on new years’ eve in 2010, on Chris’ first visit to the UK. He had a terrible month, as our damp and mild weather caused havoc with his asthma, and he was ill pretty much for the whole visit! I absolutely adore this picture, it is certainly one of my favourites 🙂

I love this man more than I have ever loved anyone before, and cannot imagine how my life would be without him. He is mine, and I am his, even if he has had a few beers on new years eve, and is getting a little silly …

Until next time …
